If your item is defective or incorrect, please retain the product and all original packaging. With your cooperation and photo documentation, we’ll investigate and provide a solution — including sending out replacements if needed.

To exchange, return your item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
⚠️ Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
